I also truly enjoyed the panel conversation and the meeting of disciplines from commerce to AI as presented by Gemma Spence and Daniel Hulme – and expertly moderated by Georgia Kinahan. AI will unlock many new opportunities for efficiencies of resources and fresh creative possibilities. Commerce will def. have to transform and embrace new business models and maybe finally understand that if retail wants to prosper it’s not simply about selling, but understand how retail can deliver transformative experiences such as offering new knowledge, better health etc.
